Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan accordingly. We typically process orders within 1 - 2 business days, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your wig within 3 - 7 business days, while international orders may take 7 - 14 business days.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle - free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your wig within 45 days of receiving it. The wig must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a return shipping label and guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange promptly. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you can expect to see the funds back in your account within 3 - 5 business days.
